Structured Assessment

A structured assessment is a way to take a deep look at your demand side opportunities. Whether you take advantage of Hospital Energy's industry-leading procurement services or not, structured assessments can help you save money in your energy budget.

THE PROCESS

We typically start by taking a deep look at your data. Much of this info is also required for our procurement process, but the data we need is:

12 months of utility invoices (Gas and Electric)
12 months of supplier invoices (Gas and Electric)
Electricity Interval Data (one year, hourly)

We'll take a look at this and the local utility tariffs to get an idea of what opportunities might be available. Then, we'll come out to your facility and take a look around. After taking a walk-through and asking some questions, we'll see what incentives are available in your area. From receipt of data to a report of opportunities delivered to you, we typically take about 45 days. We provide a list of projects that meet a pre-determined payback time frame.
